Price: fixed or metered
Vocalis starts lower, but the price follows usage: if you go over the 100 minutes, packages are added automatically. Dialogbot costs more to begin with, but 300 minutes are included, and minutes beyond that cost 1,50 kr. The bill is predictable, and you can always see your usage.

The big difference: approved knowledge
Dialogbot only answers from the services, prices and opening hours you have approved yourselves, and says so if it doesn't know the answer. Every change is first shown as before → after with «Approve?». That mechanism is what keeps it from guessing.
