How to forward your phone when you're busy
With call forwarding, calls go on to another number – e.g. your AI receptionist – when you can't take them yourself. Here are the standard codes you dial on your mobile.
- When busy: **67*number#
- On no answer: **61*number#
- When the phone is off: **62*number#
- Always: **21*number#
- Turn off all forwarding: ##002#
The codes
The codes are standard on the mobile network and work with most Danish carriers. Enter the number with +45 in front, and press call after the code.
- When you're busy: **67*+4512345678#
- When you don't answer: **61*+4512345678# – some carriers let you set the number of seconds: **61*+4512345678**20#
- When the phone is off or has no coverage: **62*+4512345678#
- All calls, always: **21*+4512345678#
- Turn off all forwarding: ##002#
If a code doesn't work, or you have a landline or IP phone system, turn on forwarding in your carrier's app or self-service portal, or ask your carrier.

Most businesses use busy + no answer + off. That way you answer the phone yourself when you can, and all other calls go to your AI receptionist instead of the answering machine.

Dial e.g. *#67# or *#61# and press call – the phone then shows the status.
Can I keep my own number?
Yes. Customers still call your number; calls are only forwarded when you don't answer yourself.
